In order to break the cycle of crisis, Maximon created its community-based Mindful Living Centers to serve those struggling with mental health issues and address related psychosocial concerns before they become more acute, potentially leading to a fatal outcome. Mindful Living Centers employs an integrated, whole-person care model developed by Maximon in partnership with Stanford University Medicine called CARE+ that addresses physical and mental health along with the social determinants of health.
